David: Hi, I dropped my phone yesterday, and the screen is cracked. Can you fix it?
Isla: Let me have a look. Yes, we can replace the screen. It should take about an hour.
David: How much will it cost?
Isla: For your model, the original screen is ninety pounds. There's a cheaper one for sixty, but it isn't as bright, and it only has a three-month guarantee.
David: Hmm. I'd rather pay more if it lasts longer. What's the guarantee on the original?
Isla: One year.
David: OK, I'll go for the original. Could I wait while you do it?
Isla: If you wait, you might be here for two hours, because we have two phones in front of yours. If you leave it with us, we'll have it ready by four.
David: Then I'll go to the library and come back at four. Do you need my number?
Isla: Yes, please. We'll send you a text when it's ready.
