These Terms govern your use of Lexara ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
1. What Lexara is
Lexara is an English-learning site: lessons, practice exercises, games, mock exams, and AI-generated practice tools. Accounts are free by default. Two paid tiers, Lexara+ and Lexara Pro, unlock more of the lesson and exam-paper library; both are available billed monthly or yearly.
Free accounts get 3 practice-item uses per month across every game, tool, and AI exercise on the site. Lexara+ and Lexara Pro accounts get 20 uses per month if billed monthly, or unlimited use if billed yearly. Lesson and exam-paper access is separate from this: Free unlocks the first 3 items per level/exam, Lexara+ unlocks 25, and Lexara Pro unlocks everything.
2. Your account
You need a valid email and a password to register. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Payments & subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that directly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't share your account, scrape the site, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
- Don't upload or submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't use the service to build a competing product without our permission.
5. Content
Lessons, exercises, and site design are original work and belong to Lexara unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own learning; you may not republish or resell them.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. No warranty
Lexara is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and lesson content is for learning purposes, not a substitute for a full certified course.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lexara isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
