Carla: Good morning, Frank. It's Carla from Bright Office Supplies. I'm calling about the order for your new meeting room.
Frank: Hello, Carla. I hope the chairs are ready. A team is moving in on Monday.
Carla: Unfortunately, there's been a small delay. The table will arrive on Monday as planned, but the twelve chairs won't come until Wednesday.
Frank: That's a problem. Is there any way to speed things up?
Carla: I could send six chairs from our shop on Monday afternoon, and the other six will follow on Wednesday. Would that work?
Frank: Yes, I think so. The team can use the small room if necessary. Will there be an extra charge?
Carla: No, we won't charge for delivery, since the delay was our mistake. I'll email you today to confirm everything in writing.
Frank: That would be great. Please send it to the office address, not my personal one.
