It is Saturday. Tom is in the kitchen with his dad. Today is his mum's birthday. They want to make a chocolate cake.
Tom has got eggs, sugar and flour. Dad has got the chocolate. "Mix the eggs and the sugar," says Dad. Tom mixes them. Then they put the cake in the oven.
After one hour, the cake is ready. Tom puts some candles on it. "Happy birthday, Mum!" he says.
