Describe a place that is special to someone in your family, for example a grandparent's village. Say where it is, what it looks like, what people do there and why it is important to your family.

Model answer: My grandfather comes from a small village in the mountains near Bolu, which he visits every summer. It is a quiet place where the houses are made of wood and stone, and every garden has apple and cherry trees. In the morning, farmers who live there take their cows to the green fields, while the children play by a cold stream behind the school. In the evenings, the neighbours sit together outside and drink tea. This village is very important to my family because my grandfather was born there and learned to ride a bike on its dusty road. He says that the air is the freshest in the world. Every summer we go with him, and I always feel relaxed there.
