Write a story for your English class. Use these ideas: a student is nervous about a science fair, something goes wrong with the project, a classmate helps in an unexpected way. Say how the story ends.

Model answer: Lara had been preparing for the school science fair for three weeks. Her project was a small model of a water filter, and she was proud of it. However, on the morning of the fair, she felt nervous because the judges were going to visit every table. While she was explaining her idea to the first judge, the filter suddenly stopped working. The water was not running through the sand, and Lara did not know what to do. Her classmate Efe, who had been watching from the next table, came over quietly. He noticed that a small pipe had come loose, and he fixed it with some tape from his bag. After that, the clean water finally ran into the glass. The judge smiled and gave Lara a high score. Later, Lara thanked Efe and promised to help him with his project next year.
