Model answer: I cycle to school when the weather is good, and I play basketball with my cousins twice a week. I used to hate running, but now I quite like it because I can listen to music and clear my head after a long day.

Model answer: In my opinion, sleep is the most important thing, although many teenagers don't get enough. If I sleep well, I can concentrate better at school and I'm in a much better mood. Food and exercise matter too, of course.
Have you ever tried a new sport? What happened?

Model answer: Last summer I tried windsurfing for the first time. I fell into the water about twenty times, but my instructor was very patient. By the end of the week I could stand up for almost a minute, which felt amazing.
What would you change about your daily routine if you could?

Model answer: If I could change one thing, I would wake up later, because school starts too early for me. I'd also spend less time on my phone in the evening. Then I could read before bed, which I've always wanted to do more.
How do people in your family look after their health?

Model answer: My grandfather walks for an hour every morning, and my mother always cooks vegetables and soup. My father has just joined a swimming club, so now he goes every Tuesday. I think we encourage each other to keep going.
