Model answer: Subject: Request to change Tuesday's meeting. Dear Ms Carter, I am writing about our meeting that is planned for Tuesday at 10:00. Unfortunately, I have just found out that I must attend a training day for all staff on that morning, so I am afraid I cannot be there. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Would it be possible to meet on Wednesday at 14:00 or on Thursday at 9:30 instead? Both times would be fine for me, and I will have the new logo designs ready for you to see. If neither of these suits you, please let me know which day is best, and I will arrange it. I would be grateful if you could confirm by tomorrow. Kind regards, Selim Yıldız, Design Assistant
